This is the second year running that Ed Sheeran has won the Global Success Award and it mentioned that his latest album, 'Divide', is still making history and is still being streamed everywhere. He couldn't make it to the awards in London this year as he's currently touring the world, so a video message was played, in which, he thanked all his fans for all their support.

Ariana Grande and a whole bunch of other international artists who won awards also could not make it, so again, a video message was played. Shawn Mendes was at the event and host Jake Whitehall couldn't help but talk about Mendes' new Calvin Klein ad campaign.
