Ava Max spends two weeks at the top of The Official Big Top 40 Chart

Ava Max is still at number one for a second week in a row

Will Manning has been counting down the top 40 songs that you have been listening to on the radio, downloading and streaming, to reveal the number one song for this week.

The first brand new entry on the chart for Sunday 13 January 2019, comes from Rudimental. It features Stefflon Don and Ray BLK and is called "Scared Of Love" and it charts at number 34 this week.

Catfish & the Bottlemen are back with their new entry. "Longshot" comes in at number 27 on the UK's biggest chart show this week. Will it go any higher next week?

Bring Me The Horizon make the third brand new entry on the chart this week. Their track "Medicine" starts off its life in the chart at number 26.

DJ and producer Calvin Harris phoned up The Official Big Top 40 host from LA to talk about his brand new single with singer / songwriter Rag'n'Bone Man. It is called "Giant". Calvin Harris also mentioned his love for, er, potatoes. You'll know if you've been following his Instagram account. We'd love a documentary to come out soon. Please. Calvin.

Kicking off the top 10 songs in the UK this week is Post Malone. His brand new song "Wow." is at number 10 and the official music video is basically 100% themed around Christmas. Only Post Malone could shoot a Christmas video in January, right?

Next up at number nine, climbing a massive 28 places, is Chris Brown with "Undecided". It is also the first time the song has been in the top 10 of the chart.

Number eight comes from Halsey with "Without Me". It has been in the Top 10 for sometime and it doesn't look like it's going anywhere anytime soon!

Moving up a huge 26 places in the chart this week is George Ezra with "Hold My Girl". This week, he has also been nominated for a load of BRIT awards, too. Go George! He's charted at number seven this week.

Number 6 is also a brand new entry for this week! Sam Smith returns. "Dancing With A Stranger" featuring Normani have made a huge it! It has only been released for two days as well.

Moving up 6 places on the chart this week are Jax Jones and Years & Years with "Play". It's in the top 5 tracks, on the UK's biggest chart show.

The face (and soundtrack of Jet2) Jess Glynne grabs the number four spot on the chart this week with her song "Thursday"! Shame it's not Thursday, eh, Jess?

As well as Ava Max and Calvin Harris being on the show this week, Will Manning was joined by yet another guest, too. Westlife are back! That's right. We said it. The WESTLIFE boys ARE BACK! They have a brand new single named "Hello My Love". It charts at number two this week.

This means that the second number one of 2019 goes to... Ava Max with "Sweet but Psycho"!
